Well this didnt start to i think chapter 2? or maybe 3, i just thought it was normal but this seems to be getting in the way more and more. Anyway heres a picture of the issue.

 

 

Im not even sure what to call this, its like super bad screen flare. The issue persists even after the cut scene is done. Loading new areas doesnt fix it either, the only way to get rid of it is to close my game completely and restart.

Had the same thing you got 2 options exit/enter the game after every cut sceene (which is not an option rly) or mess araund in video options a bit think that for me it was the shadows options which now is low. Had this a while back cant remember which one was it sry i could not be more hepfull.

I get this same issue, I'm trying it with bloom off, (if i do HDR i have to turn off AA because the game says so and AA is sooo good) anyway Ill follow up with if the issue went away.

You can use a mod for the AA, like the FXAA injector from erm grand theft auto? Dunno but here: http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/41949
