Sex makes breasts permanently flat

Hey,

 

I have a problem. At one point my characters boobs became small and flat after sex. Somehow I managed to walk this around, but it's happening again and I'd like to know what causes it. There's not much joy in playing a flat chested character and it seems that this is what the future holds for me. I'm hoping you'll be able to help me solve this.

The common way to debug such things is removing mods until it doesn't happen anymore.
