Probleme with topless texture in CAS

Hello! i'm using Kendo's mod to remove the underwear from my sim (but the problem don't come from his mod) and i can see the specular map from the original lingerie when the sim don't wear clothes  when my sim are nude, here is an exemple : https://gyazo.com/247910857ac55545be6028f2973bedc2

Can anyone help me to resolve that?
