How do I create hair wigs?

Hi,

Thought I'd clarify my question. Basically, how do I create wigs with existing hair files? (Hdt ones).

Have been able to create many wigs using this guide.  I have not created HDT wigs so can't help you there but this guide will show you how to create wigs using skyrim creation kit GL.
