A simple menu command to change the gender of any character. Only the gender flag is changed, all traits and attributes remain unchanged. DFW Portraits are not affected, but regular ones are. Can be used to circumvent restrictions and arrange lesbian/futa marriages for your vassals before switching back.

 

Also includes a marry command that should allow lesbian marriage (not tested)

It remains to understand, how much better this mod is(and what) compared to the already known Legalized Gay Marriage...

You know this could be expanded on... (ignore me if you want i tend to spitball dumb ideas, but always in the hope, it inspires something better then my idea) Right now from what seeing from the description this mod is basicly loreless, but it wouldn't take much to add lore for instances make it so you can only use the ability if you have alchemist building in your provinces, then make it that you can only use it on charter that ether like you lot, or are imprisoned by you (possible freeing them after use as most punishment do), finally  just add the gold cost from alchemist version of this.

In one of the other mods on this side (prolly LFantasy) there is an alchemy shop that sells a potion that does it. Not much help, but better than expecting a 1+ year old mod to be able to provide you with the info
