[HELP] Can't get custom mesh to show up in game

I'm trying to make a mask for a mod that I'm working on, but I don't really know what I'm doing in NifSkope. Would someone be willing to take a look at it and see if they can figure out why it won't show up in game? I'm confident that my CK setup is fine and I'm pretty sure that the problem is in the mesh.

Is it set to the same slot in ARMO/ARMA in CK?

Issue solved. CK must’ve crashed without saving my selections for Other Races on the Armor Addon. Mask is now working perfectly!
