This is a simple costume swap, giving Kasumi Phase 4's Costume..

 

HOW TO INSTALL:

Place in REDELBE-LAYER2-CREATE A FOLDER NAME FOR THE MOD.INI FILE TO GO IN, INSIDE THE LAYER2 FOLDER (for example Kasumi Phase 4 Deluxe).

 

HOW TO USE:

Hover over Kasumi's 1st costume (the 4th slot I believe), and press the back button on your controller, or 'F' on your keyboard.

 

A massive thanks to vagonumero13 and everyone else for making the tools that have allowed this mod to happen

I'm sorry. Instructions unclear: Got my pp stuck in the mod .-. 

 

what exactly does this mean?? ._o "Place in REDELBE-LAYER2-CREATE A FOLDER NAME FOR THE MOD.INI FILE TO GO IN." <-- I have the mods required to have Redelbe, but you're saying I need to create a folder called "LAYER2," then a folder inside that with whatever name I feel like?

Can you not make one thread with all your downloads? One thread per mod is just too much for a costume swap
