Whore Collar won't debug

Won't come off player using the DCL "safe word" or "player.removeallitems" consol command.    Most recent instance it popped on when I looted a bandit.  It "took" 881 septims and said the player would have to earn 0.

Deviously Cursed Loot has a support thread which is watched by the author and lots of fans of the mod.  Random, newly added threads like this are easily missed so make it the habit to post on the support threads for whatever mod you are having difficulty with.
