Cannot install Mod

Hi,

 

I'm new to the site and I tried downloading this mod to support another mod from Nexus.

 

I downloaded the latest version (1.1.1), extracted the file to a new location, and tried to drag and drop the file into the Vortex Mod Manager, under the mod tab where it is marked "drop file(s)"

 

But when I try to drag and drop the file it says "Can't Import Directories:  You can drag mods here, directories are not supported"

 

Did I save the file wrong?  Or is this not the mod I thought it was?
