Problem with my custom vampire lord

Hi, im new to make my own custom vampire lord i tried to make 1 with elwing armor and succubus tail but when i finish the form it like that 

here the problen if you know what should i do tell me i use shaydow vampire lord form all help would be appreciate

you can do a simple replacer but that will only work with certain meshes.

what youre trying to do is very very different

 

what you would essentially have to do is create an alternate transform which would basically be an armor set.

what the transformation spells are like werewolf for eg as well is forced outfit equips.

 

to do this you will first need to create the armor set

then edit the spell and change the script to instead of pointing to the vamplord armor point it instead to the one you created.

this is kinda what you would need to do but even then it might not work as intended.

how can i create an alternative form ? edit : i kinda dont understand how to create an armor set

Unless you edit the replacer esp, your replacement armors must match the names and overwrite them and must use the same biped slots. When using custom armors you will need to look in both the nif and esp for that armor and determine if biped slot assignments can be made to work otherwise you will need to edit the replacers esp to make the armors work.
