C5Kev Posted April 18, 2019 Posted April 18, 2019 How To Make A BodySlide Preset View File Don't download the text file here - it's only a placemarker so I can post this page. Hello Folks! To veterans of Skyrim and modding, this "How-To" is ultra-basic. But there are many who are new to modding and don't really know the basics on how to use BodySlide or Outfit Studio. I run into this all the time with questions regarding my mods. Searching YouTube has many convoluted videos showing how to first install this, then install that, etc. Fuck that, here's how to use the tool quickly. A UUNP or a CBBE body makes no difference. Start BodySlide and select a basic body type (UUNP, UUNP Special (has "girly" parts) or CBBE, CBBE HDT, etc.) and a generic preset - in this case CBBE Curvy... Now move slider "body parts" to get the shape you'd like... NOTE: Numbers can be typed in above 100% or negative numbers below 0, so one can get just the right shape. Make additional adjustments and "Save As" when completed... Add a name for your preset and check any existing "clothes" boxes you'd like to have the preset assigned to... Select the "clothes" mod from the upper-middle drop-down box. This is the "Group Filter" box. Check the "Build Morphs" (used for in-game RaceMenu changes) box and click "Batch Build". Note though, that not all modders provide a "Group Filter" file. So if you don't see what you're looking for under the "Group Filter" drop-down, look under the "Outfit/Body" box over to the far upper-left and select an individual armor / clothes "part" - which means you've got to make each "part" separately - a pain in the ass. That's it. You've made a custom body preset and made your first armor or clothes set. Easy, huh? Submitter C5Kev Submitted 04/17/2019 Category Armor & Clothing Requires Uh, BodySlide?
