Maybe not exactly what you're looking for, but there's this swimsuit with cutouts available here:

I've tried to edit the dds texture of that outfit you showed but it's a bit of a mess to try work with, 

Normally they are drawn over the skin texture but as this is a custom or converted mesh it's very scrambled, 

It needs to be exposed and retextured in sections and it wouldn't look good, 

Bit like frankensteins vagina I suspect
