Oblivion is CTD

I don't know who else has this problem but my oblivion closes to desk top when I start a new game or load an old one, so I removed all the mods cleared the files in the game and did a clean save but the same problem, Im running it in windows 8, because Im running windows 10, it was in windows version vista but still the same problem. my graphics are set to low with no HDR or bloom.
