Dialogue speed problem

All the dialogue related to lovers pk is going way too fast to read. i know i read of a fix somewhere but i cant find it anymore. And cant get first person animations to work. it just says i need some other mod but dont know what.

Thanks. somehow i forgot that one when installing all of the stuff. now i am just having trouble with baurus not wanting to move to the quest location as he wants to pathfind to the middle of the imperial city for some reason even though he says to follow him to the sewers.
