Can't find this girl anymore

So i really want to know the list of mods this guy used to create this chick and im sure there was an extensive guide on how to recreate her but i can't find it anymore . Here she is. Any link to said post or author's profile would be appreciated . Weird image i know. From what i remember the dude added much more later but this all i managed to find, pretty sure some of ya'll have seen her around before
