Need Help Finding Mods

[Darkening Demise]

• I need a mod that lets me go on a date on any lot
   
• I need a mod that lets me select any lot for my group to hang at (by default you get a gym, park, etc. but not just any other lot)
   
• I need a mod that has plants grow year around or at least all seasons minus winter (Seasons makes it too difficult to gather ingrediants to cook/bake and since we can't go shopping for them unlike Sims 3 there's no other options)
