(or Ivy I don't know how hard it is to recruit Ivy) @5:38 (timestamp on the video) is the start of the adventure in question. Ivy (or another female companion) is kidnapped and you are paid, by her father to save her by any means necessary. Maybe you go from one raider base to another looking for clues and even interrogating special raiders for info about her where abouts
