how to upgrade the quality graphic to the max with mods?

I installed the 3D vision in its version 2.1?but is there something more?

 

I overheard to somebody talking about increasing resolution, shader, etc. You talk me about of those and the others if you know.

 

by the way the the latest version of 3D visionMigoto is the 2.1? is it right?
