Looking for Lore-friendly HDT cloths armors and HDT hair

Hey guys! I'm searching mods with HDT capes and cloaks, it can be some complete armor pack like BDO armor pack or simply mods with capes or cloaks like illustruous hdt cloaks of skyrim.

 

And i'm also looking for female nord HDT hair. I think i've visited the nexus long enough to know all of them in nexus so maybe some mods from other sources?

I have this mod already the armors looks stunning, too bad the HDT cloaks are a bit too stiff in my opinion
