Guest Posted April 8, 2019 Posted April 8, 2019 What do you want to have voiced? that announcement in bold or the dialogue of the NPCs? If you want the NPCs to use in game voices you can take a look at the tools mentioned here to reuse voice files for new mods. But if you want to have voice on new lines you will need to add them yourself (there is plenty of info about new voices and dialogue for stuff like custom followers or voiced quest mods), which would be anything but random.
