Request/looking for a good robes replacer.

I'm currently using Opulent Outfits- Mages of Winterhold, which overall I like, but on the CBBE Slim body it looks quite bulky-- are there any good robe replacers that spiff up the robes, but are also compatible for CBBE so I can use body slide to batch build them into my body type?

 

I mean, theoretically I could probably manually load them into Body Slide and adjust them?  I think?  I'm not sure, and have never done so, so I'd probably break things in spectacularly horrible fashion. Right now I'm just using Caliente's Vanilla Outfits for CBBE.  Ideally ones that aren't skimpy-- I'm weird, and for armors/robes/etc prefer more realistic styles, when I want skimpy, well.  I have plenty of devious and lovers lab outfits for that

Bodyslide doesn't really work like that. Unless the armor mod has bodyslide files you can but no... then nope. You can, like you said, browse through your mesh folder by loading a new outfit and fuss around the brushes after loading your body from another armor you built to your armor to. You could also look through this and convert it...
