Hello fellow Adventurers. I'm very new to Sexlab. So, can anyone link me what I need? I have FNIS and have been using Animated Prostitution but I want something that feels more Realistic. Im looking for a basic Sex/Prostitution Mod and if Possible a Defeat mod... kinda like FO4's Violate Mod. If anyone can recmend me anything I'd greatly appreciate it

First, start here: 

You may skip the creature parts if you don't want them, but it won't hurt to have them either. Although for performance purposes youmight want to change some settings, but that would go to far here.

 

For prositution there are many mods, TDF is working fine and easy to install, Radiant Prositution has some minor bugs but some great quests inclduing some risky ones (if you're sent out of town there's always a chance your "customer" rather intends to rape & rob than pay you), others have other options. In opposite to Defeat mods, it's usually fine to try multiple at once.

 

Defeat & rape mods: Defeat is the most popular, but again there are many. You may use some of them (like Defeat) with Death Alternative: Your life or your money which has its ups and downs.

Up:

- fail save defeatment system, at least once in 5 minutes or something.

Down:

- If you lose mutliple times to the same attackers, it may become buggy (and with few exceptions, you'll die then for sure anyways). 

- You need to turn off it's own outcomes, they are buggy. But it works perfectly fine if you only enable outcomes from other mods like Defeat.

 

Using Defeat without DA has less chances for bugs, but there may be some script lag and you die before it triggers.
