I just started a new game, Only thing's that were changed was Beeing Female + Fill her up instead of Hentai Pregnancy but i doubt it was from either of these.

 

Every now and again, PC trip's and get's a dialogue box pop up "You feel some preasure in your belt, do you want to drink metalic potion" yes/no .  
Saying yes gives a second dialogue box "you quaf the potion and calm your nerves and feel better"

Sayin no just close's the dialogue

 

I havent seen any effect from saying yes or no, And also dont know what mod its from
