Reginald_001 Posted April 2, 2019 Posted April 2, 2019 I don't often get excited any more at trailers, new releases.. I've been playing that game for 30 years and I've learned to temper my expectations.. Yet this realtime in-engine trailer from Unity blew me away. More info on this techdemo: https://unity3d.com/the-heretic Check it out.

Rogelio11 Posted April 3, 2019 Posted April 3, 2019 looks impressive. Nice to see the high tech graphics getting more insane per year (not trolling) imagine skyrim has the latest unity engine. This I would play in. No more body collisions. realistic graphics, etc.

Some parts would need to be rebuilt, but the engine itself isn't bad at all. In fact, it's load mechanisms for streaming landscape are pretty awesome. And there are many other awesome factors about the engine, but let's... not get into that. I'd LOVE LOVE LOVE to see Skyrim or Fallout with these kinds of graphics. A release like that.. I'd take a month off from work just to fully immerse myself in it completely.. and this time around I'd start on Ivy 2.0 as soon as it came available instead of waiting 2 years before starting to mod Fallout..
