TJHinSkyrim Posted March 23, 2019 Posted March 23, 2019 I've got an NPC that I'd like to change the weight of in TES5Edit. I can change the value in the esp file, but for some reason, it doesn't update in game, even if I use npcsetweight, disable, enable, save, load combo. Making things more difficult, changing the file in the CK causes the game to crash instantly upon load when using the new .esp. Does anyone have any idea as to what I'm doing wrong?
RW311 Posted March 23, 2019 Posted March 23, 2019 Weight is stored in the save so changes need to be tested on a new game, you can try reset actor on the npc it might update them at least while in the cell I'm not sure. If weight doesn't change in new game then problem may be with the equipped body or armor not having weight slider this depends on if it's modded npc or vanilla.
