Vampire NPC, face color mismatch, imposible to fix in CK

I seem to have run into this problem as well, all vampires have grey faces, and female vampires have human eyes. The strange thing is that I have created 2 vampires that uses the the new complexion and new vampire head and both are showing up just fine.

The first vampire had this issue and it is the head causing this for some reason. Yet somehow I managed to work around it and had no troubles with it after that.

Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, I guess I can be happy that I have two fully working, right as I wanted them Vampires in the game, the rest will have to be without the vampire head. Don't have a clue what to do with the females with human eyes though.

Thanks, but it sadly didn't fix it, though I do beileve that the problem with female vampires could be a face mod I am using. As for the general population of vampires it could be another mod, though which I am not certain off.

Hi,

It has been quite a while somebody posted here. Just want to share some suggestions which worked (at least) for me: First of all make sure you use matching body and head textures and do what SemiPr0 wrote above. (#27)

1. For PC, try this one (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/25382//?). If problems occur, read my little workaround in the comments section. I posted the same stuff there. :P

2. For NPC via CK: Export facegen data and change the skincolor of your vampire to its race default or vice versa.

3. For turned NPC via Better Vampires etc.: The only possible fix seems to be to set the default skincolor of all vampire races to NONE (grey) via CK. At least you have no neck seam or color mismatch, but unfortunately all vampires are grey. :-/

Cheers

Not sure if anyone has found a solution yet, I got assisstance in making this mod:

 http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/36439/?

it removes the dirt tint mask on all vampires and it works for me at least. I have been given very little feedback on how it works for others, so please give me your thoughts.

If you still have the grey faces on vampires, then the problem is elsewhere, I do not use beauty mods as I am fine with the vampires the way they are.
