Follower MOD and Unique Equips

I want to make 2 standalone followers, both Argonian, 1 male, 1 female, with interchangable equipment/skills/traits/tactics.

 

I understand the basics of creating an NPC/follower, but after getting a ...thing... into the game with a voice (may or may not match race) I'm flying blind.

 

Also, while I can edit/create equipment, I was looking to have more than 1 enchantment on my equipment and again, completely clueless.

 

Lastly, is there a way to create books and or shops?  Having a store that sells very specific things is mostly what I'm after, but (one more time from the fellas in the band) no idea.
