It depends on the body type/preset/character size of the animator if it fits by default, and most of them use different bodies, so you can't even "just use the same". What you can do for at least some improvements is to use the hot keys sexlab provides, i.e if the hands are a little in the butt during doggy style, move the male character up a bit. Still won't fix it 100% in every case, but at least in some cases it'll be perfect and in others less wrong.
