Most people don't need or bother with dumps for CTDs. There are only a few things which cause CTDs so they are what you look at. For one such as you describe (same place every time) then you should be looking for a bad mesh (landscape, armour, weapon, clutter) in or around the tower. Could be a creature which spawns around there.

Have you tried around any other towers?
