21? have the world became overpopulated to the point where the government have increased the "you are able to do it like they do it in the discovery channel" age?

In few countries the 18+ thing is for nudity, and the 21+ is for hardcore stuff. I thought ( becouse of the animal schlong ) the 21+ is better.

Bah! Most (male) animals have dicks! Why is this considered "wrong" ?

I guess it's because human males could never naturally have such huge dicks so they thought it was "wrong".

  yeah..  brokes any logic. In few countries blood and gore is fully normal, but sexuality is not
