BAD Game Flickering After New ENB Preset Installed

I started up Skyrim today before this and it worked just fine while I had Snapdragon but I wanted to try Wyrmslayer and this happened.

 

I used an ENB Remover tool to remove my old ENB to hopefully avoid any issues before I installed snapdragon.

 

I have an Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB RAM.

 

Things I've done to try to fix this:

 

- Updated drivers.

- Verified game files.

- Reinstalled main ENBseries files.

- Messed with settings in the Nvidia Control Panel (although I don't think I changed anything.)
