You should receive an email for the confirmation (to the email address you used to create an account.) Check also the spam folder, in some cases it goes there.

Check also the spam folder, in some cases it goes there. that's assuming a email even got sent in the first place, considering all the myslq & 500 errors going on right now logically i would have to question if the email system is working 100% correctly at this time.
