Not impossible, but difficult to the point of impracticality.

 

Sexout can only recognize a character as male or female, not both. There is an Actor Effect that will tell Sexout to treat the character as if they were opposite gender. In order to simulate being both genders at once, you would have to either 1) manually apply and dispel that effect somehow, probably using a Misc. Item or 2) re-script relevant calls, meaning going into plugins and altering their calls and/or going into Sexout and modifying the random animation selection process. This also doesn't solve the problem that while Sexout can treat (for example) a female character as if they were a male and give them animation placement and choice as if they were male, it can't change their model. You'd have to supply a body model for the relevant character(s) yourself.

that sounds like alot of work for very little gain, I don't think i have enough expertise to do most of that

Could a special item be made that looks like a penis, stays equiped, and uses the strap-on sex mod to allow female characters to use it?
