SAC Posted March 6, 2019 Posted March 6, 2019 Hi, I am trying to mod an outfit (Armor_Raider_Suit3) and I have a strange issue. More specifically, I am trying to remove the gloves, but, for some reason which escapes me, even though I have deleted the reference to the Gloves ARMA from the Armor record, and have deleted the Hands biped slots (in the esp), in-game they still dress the outfit complete with gloves. I have no idea what's wrong, it should be trivial, I've done this with other outfits with no hitch, not sure why it's not working here, or how to fix it. I have tried other methods by tinkering with the gloves material file, but they either result in purple gloves (no textures), or chopped hands. SAC Posted March 7, 2019 Author Posted March 7, 2019 Solved. Rookie mistake, really: due to my heavy mod list, I am usually loading in FO4Edit just the plugins (I think) I need for a task. In this case, my modded ARMA was being superseded by Armorsmith keywords expanded (adding back the gloves), which I forgot about. Another, more radical (and not really needed) solution is to overwrite the gloves mesh with the actor hands nif.
