Animated Armory for SSE in MO2 not working

I am guessing this is a Mod Organizer 2 thing but I am not sure as I have several animation mods and all work besides this one. I load the mod and run FNIS through MO2 which seems to see the mod in the first listing along with my other animations but going in game none of the new weapon animations work, rapier is still regular sword, staff is greatsword, etc. New games, with bashed patches and without, and breaking down the BSA to loose files did nothing. Why would FNIS see a mod but not generate the files to list? Thanks for reading.

I have a bit more to this story, I finally got tired of working on it and decided to take a play break. As I ran around I met some bandits and wouldnt you know it...they had spears and staves and used the new animations. After trying it I found my companions also worked so it is only my PC that fails to play the new animations, the catch is I never have used PC only animations. It is activated properly IN AA MCM as well as PCEA not checked in FNIS.
