A way for male sims with a feminine physical frame to have feminine actions?

I have a sim thats male with a feminine physical frame and they do masculine actions. Like with the celebrity walk, they do the one that males do. Or with the sexy pose action, they just try to flex their biceps. Is there any way for them to do the female version of these actions without just outright making them female?

There is the Sexy Pose Equality cc but that is about all that I know of for now.
