First/Third person view

So this is kind of a weird question/request i have, if this belongs in another place please let me know.

 

I'm wondering if there is a way, or a mod that will do it, to make it so that the only way to switch between first and third person view is with whatever hotkey you have setup for view change. What i mean is i want to NOT switch between views when i use the scroll wheel on my mouse, but still want it to adjust the view distance.

 

Is there a setting somewhere that i can change or a mod that does this?

 

Any and all help/suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure on this as I play SSE so don't use it but you might want to check if there's setting in the Enhanced Camera mod's ini file that does this.

Thanks for the suggestion, after downloading it i looked through the ini file and found ways to locked into 1st person but not 3rd person, which is ultimately what i'm after.
