I've been hoping for something like this, so thanks. Unfortunately, for me at least, it only works with erections. Otherwise it just sort of hangs there in space.
Am I doing something wrong?

It already does if they have masculine fashion preferences. It can be fixed in a few seconds in Sims 4 Studio by including Feminine fashion preference in addition to the masculine.

As long as they have one of Noir and Dark's masculine bits, then everything fits as intended as you can see in the image below.
