[Help] Question about SL Defeat threshold setting

Hello. Probably stupid question but there is some setting in SL defeat MCM menu I don't understand. I understand the wound threshold setting. If your health fall below 20% you can be knocked down. But what Threshold minimum setting do? Minimum health allow for being knock down on hit. What does it mean and how many % should I set it to?. 

 I want to set it so I will only get knock down if my character health below 20%. But in combat when my health is low I will get instantly kill most of the time and no defeat rape scene happen.
