I've never used Better Body but reading the forums, it appears it has not been updated in a long time and is no longer working correctly. There are many other options, though.

By the time I found Wicked Whims Better Body was already out of date. I've only been playing Sims 4 about ... 3 months? I was VERY slow to give up S3, haha. I use Noir's Pornstar cock for my guys and Eve for my girls, and I'm quite happy with them. BB looks like it was nice, though. I'm sorry I missed it. ?

Nostalgic hah... TS4 needs amputee sliders. It needs a lot of things! I've always modded my Sims games heavily starting with S2, but S4 is the first one I've felt was unplayable without mods. I'd still be playing S3 if my laptop, like me, wasn't beginning to show its age lol.
