chessboad Posted February 20, 2019 Posted February 20, 2019 When AAF scenes start for any animation, penises aren't erect, this happens with super mutants, ghouls, creatures and animals. Anyone know the problem i might be having? The thing is it does the animations but with flaccid penis, and that makes me believe that the proper model is installed but it just isn't changing?

Throw your load order up here. Might be easier to pin point if we can see what your using.
Cataclysimz Posted February 20, 2019 Posted February 20, 2019 You should elaborate on that. The body type you're using and the load order.
penguintennis Posted February 21, 2019 Posted February 21, 2019 I have the same problem. I don't even know how to post my load order because Vortex thinks it knows better than me... (wish MO2 & Bodyslide would work together).

I don't obviously know what set up either of you have but I'll give you basic info on what I know works for me for the males. Maybe it will solve your problem, maybe it wont be at least someone is responding. Lol. Download the EVB male body from Nexus and choose the erect option and whether you want cut or uncut. Then when you install the AAF compatability patch there will be a option to check(will already be checked if you have EVB installed already) to use EVB with morphs. Make sure this is checked. Now for Bodyslide, I would have to imagine it would work with any mod manager. Every person on the planet playing on pc will be using Bodyslide and a lot of them aren't using Vortex. Its probably just a matter of Bodyslide not being in the correct folder or right path for the game. Ive had this happen to me and I use Vortex so that's what I'd have to think is wrong. Hope any of this helps either one of you
penguintennis Posted February 21, 2019 Posted February 21, 2019 I was going to say about how I really can't get Bodyslide to work with MO2, but upon retrying it now... it just worked. I don't really understand lol, I spent nearly a full day trying to troubleshoot it before without any luck and now I fixed it in maybe a minute. As for male body, I have been using Bodytalk body and for the most part it seems to work fine, it is just flaccid in animations. I guess I could try EVB instead but is there a real reason to switch?

If you don't care its flacid then no. Lol. But if its flacid during animations its not working properly. If you want him to get it up during animations- Yes. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure Bodytalk works, I just don't use it and cant give you advice to fix that problem. EVB is just something that I know works easy and will work for you until someone else who knows more comments or you figure it out yourself. I'm sure I could figure it out if I felt like it but I'm too lazy. Lol As far as your Bodytalk goes, looks like you might have just overlooked something when you were installing. I just went and checked it out and it seems to be pretty straight forward. I'd just try re-installing it and going through the procedures correctly, you know making sure you have what you need. It explains it for you pretty good where you download the AAF compatability patch. I'd leave the link but for some reason haven't figured that out yet.
penguintennis Posted February 21, 2019 Posted February 21, 2019 Thanks for your help Walkin. I spent a while more trying to solve this problem, I eventually got rid of Vortex and switched all my mods over to MO2 after getting frustrated with the seeming inability to tailor my load order (can only make rules for plugins? seems so dumb). I realized somewhere amidst my testing that either I fixed the flaccid issue at some point or it wasn't quite what was happening to start with; I just noticed now that during sex scenes the penis actually is erect, it's just angled completely wrong - usually pointing straight down or even backwards in some animations, which can give the illusion that its flaccid. And... now I fixed it! The fix was mostly to not use Vortex, because it makes the ordering of mods seem totally opaque. Once in MO2 I just ordered these mods like this and it fixed the morph problems I was having; TBOS-Bodytalk at the very bottom of load order AAF patches for Leito and Crazy animations above that AAF compatibility patches above that FO4animationsByLeito v2 above that AAF VanillaKinkyCreature Themes above that

I have had the same thing before where it would work from transitioning from flacid to erect but only in one certain way. Never really worried about trying to figure out what it was just left it. Gotta be something stupid. When it is working 100% properly(mine is right now) it will be at different angles like it should be. I use Vortex but I only use it to install the mods. Once I install them and set the rules for the ones that need it, I use loot to do the load order. I haven't run into any problems doing it this way so far. I don't use massive amounts of mods though. The most I have at 1 time including the AAF ones is under 100. Might sound like a few but most of them are mods that just add more cool things I can build (workshop mods). The only time I had a issue with the load order Loot wanted to do was with the mod clean and simple hangman's alley. Loot wasn't putting it quite low enough on my load order so I had to move it a little farther down. No big deal. Other than that its been a reliable way for me.
