Cant get SD+ to work with Defeat and Simple Slavery

So I want my character to get sent to SD+ after defeated. The SD+ thread states that "Death Alternative - Your Money or Your Life ( version 7.0 or above, of Death Alternative) is not required anymore but it is needed if you want defeat and death related triggers (required if you want compatibility with SexLab Defeat). You can play SD+ without it as long as you use the Surrender key to submit when you want or using compatible mods such as Simple Slavery."

 

So I'm assuming you dont need Death Alternative if you have simple slavery. The process would be defeat -> simple slavery -> SD+

 

The problem is once I get to the slave market, nothing happens. I'm able to walk around freely (tied up) and leave the house. Death Alternative is so glitchy and uncooperative that I gave up using it.

 

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I got the same issues for some time. I don't find any solution yet either.

 

I was hoping someone will fix that issues.
