Signature Picture

Wasn't quite sure where to ask this so I hope this is the right place if not, I do apologize. I've been going through hundreds of threads here and have noticed some of the members have banners(images) in their signatures.

 

I'd like to know one thing regarding the signatures. Anyone know a good place to upload an image as I want to use one for my signature.

 

What should the size of the image be to fit in my signature?

 

And what size (kb) is needed to get it to work?

 

Seeing as I decided to stay with this awesome Oblivion community, I'd best get my profile and all up to scratch.

For size I'd say nothing big like a wallpaper / banner (this goes for measurement size).
