Help. new to PC

I'm new to Skyrim SE for PC.  I've obviously joined Lovers Lab and have downloaded several mods but just cant figure out how to upload them to the game itself. Please any advice for this rookie?

You can use a mod manager program such as Mod Organiser, Nexus Mod Manager, or Vortex.  (I personally use Mod Organiser, but there is a bit of a learning curve).

 

If you are just using a couple of mods you are probably fine with firing up Skyrim Launcher and checking the mods you want to enable under Data Files.

I have some guides in my signature, the first two are old but most things didn't change, at least you get a better clue. The guide for creatures contains everything (basic) including some performance stuff too AND is up to date, so i recommend to check this out too.
