Male follower (Azel-like) with dialogue/quests?

I was thinking about a custom follower like Azel mod in appearance, but with some lore or quests related. Also with some personality or some custom lines. Do you know any mod like that or is someone working on something like that? But for SSE

Or just slap Azel's visual attributes onto the NPC of your choice through the NPC Visual Transfer tool.

 

I use nt686's (who made Azel) Estrion for use on 3DNPC's Rumarin.

Problem is, Estrion is not in Special Edition xD and i was thinking on something more "Loverslab style", but a custom companion with dialogue could be enough.
