Guest Posted February 1, 2019 Posted February 1, 2019 I'm 90% certain he doesn't have permissions. In the permissions tab he says he has "Exclusive permissions from Hydrogen". But when somebody asked him in the comments if he got perms from Hydrogen, he dodged the question and instead tried to justify the upload by saying: After a talk about the comeback from losing interest in TESV and working on HDT-SMP SSE some time ago, to a rapidly growing fan base it made sense for this to be uploaded here, it’s a convenient and accessible way to reach everyone who are not naturally Chinese speakers opening the market to potential hundreds of thousands. Knowing how controversial an upload like this would be you'd think he'd provide pictorial evidence of his permissions but instead links Hydrogen's 9DMAO profile and makes baseless claims. Just report and move on.
