Racemene won't work anymore after SKSE64 install

What is this error and what does it mean? How do I fix it? Did I install SKSE64 improperly? How do I install my scripts? I created a zip archive for the contents of the SKSE64 data folder and installed it using vortex. Since racemenu doesn't work, my character looks like a neanderthal.

I heard in a youtube video that I shouldn't copy and paste the contents of the SKSE64/data/scripts folder to the Skyrim data folder.

If SKSE64 came with an automatic install wizard, it would be so much easier and I would have far fewer gray hairs.

Furhtermore, winrar and 7zip does not have any right-click option to turn a folder into an archive, so I had to make a winrar zip folder by right-clicking on an empty space in my windows 10 desktop screen, and make a winrar.zip folder, copied and pasted the SKSE64 scripts into there, and then dragged and dropped this archive folder over to the vortex mod manager.

Did I do something wrong?

It would be so nice if we didn't have to go through this long and complex process of updating SKSE and all dependent mods each and every single time Bethesda releases new creation club bullshit that hardly anyone buys.

Bad install process for sure. Are you sure you have the latest version of both SKSE (version 2.0.12 for the current Skyrim SE runtime 1.5.62) and Racemenu (version 0.3.1 for the same Skyrim SE version).

To install every skse mod (skyrim le/se fo4 and so on) you just need to place the dll files in the main forlder (where the game executable is) and make a 7z with scripts, then add from local file (if you're using mo/vortex). So you either forgot some dll file or the script zup you made has a wrong structure (maybe a simple "scripts/scripts/...", Idk if vortex warns you about bad folder structures, MO certainly does).

7z has a right click option, just select the files, r-click -> "7-zip" -> "add to "*.7z". If you don't see it re-install 7z and make sure you allow contextual menu settings (I think the default settings add those).
