Help removing this please?

So I have a layer of a costume that I can't remove, or at least find out what it is to delete it.  It only shows up on my played male sims.  The outfit log shows "108" "0xbfbe373f1da6b8b6" as the only common between all outfits and all males.  How can I find the mod that installed this to remove it?

Best thing is to use the Sims 4 tray importer tool, it will let you see what cc is being used,

Things that are missing show up red and you can identify what it is by the thumbnail
