xwhiteninjax Posted January 19, 2019 Posted January 19, 2019 maybe it is just a "keylock"-problem?... try it out for yourself... if the "shift"-key is locked, your char will walk slowly (like having too much burdon)... unlocked you have the normal speed... sometimes the variable for movingspeed is changed during playstyle to fit a special scene (in the background through scripts) and maybe you are out of luck and found a (minor) bug in some modding... but it is always possible to use your follower-management-mod like AFT, EFF, FollowerLivePackage to look at this variable and set it to standard or even move faster... even the old mod "sky tweak" on nexus has hundreds of variables to "tweak" with a MCM inside the game... try it out
