Play idles and animations.

Hello, LL community,
I am very new to mods, especially animation and idles.
My question is: How can I play animations / idles in Skyrim, such as this mod

or this butt wiggle Animation (which I have already seen many times)?

At ZaZ it works on spells and in pose mods like halo-posers on rings.

Do I need any special mod to play or does it work on the console?

Just grab the name of the animation event (you can find it in the FNIS txt file)

Then using a script:

Debug.sendAnimationEvent(actor, "<name of the anim event>")

Or using the console (click on the actor you want before typing the command):

SAR <name of the anim event>

put it into animation folder \Meshes\Actors\Character\Animations\Female

rename into mt_idle.hkx

run fnis

done
